A polished campaign can still create problems if a price is stale, a room is labelled incorrectly or the call to action goes nowhere. Use this check before the first post and again after any material listing change.

Listing facts

  • Address and area are written consistently.
  • Price, tenure and key dimensions match the approved source.
  • Availability and status are current.
  • No unverified claim has slipped into the caption.

Photography

  • The cover is the strongest honest first impression.
  • Room labels match what is shown.
  • Low-resolution or duplicate photographs are removed.
  • The agency has permission to use every selected image.

Creative formats

  • Vertical video is framed for mobile.
  • Text remains readable against the photography.
  • The logo has breathing room and no white container unless the brand requires one.
  • Important details are not hidden by platform interface areas.

Copy and call to action

  • The opening line gives a reason to keep reading.
  • The property story is specific rather than generic.
  • There is one clear next step.
  • Contact details and links go to the right place.

Approval and record

  • A named person has completed the final review.
  • The approved version is the one scheduled or downloaded.
  • Later edits return to the same property workspace.

Put it into practice

Keep the approved source, creative and review in one property workspace.
