From a Rightmove listing to a week of social content

The live listing is an excellent approved source, but a social campaign has a different job. It needs a stronger opening, fewer facts at once and several formats that each earn their place in the week.

Treat the listing as the source of truth

  • Capture the approved price, address, property type, bedrooms and key features.
  • Keep a link to the source so later changes are easy to check.
  • Do not invent missing details to make the caption sound fuller.

Choose the property story

  • Lead with the most distinctive room, feature or location advantage.
  • Use the photography order to create a simple arrival and reveal.
  • Keep secondary specifications for the caption or carousel.

Split one listing into useful formats

  • A reel gives the visual tour.
  • A carousel makes important details easy to save.
  • Stories create short reminders and viewing prompts.
  • A static post gives the grid a clear property record.

Create a seven-day rhythm

  • Launch with the strongest reel or carousel.
  • Follow with a room, feature or local angle.
  • Use the final post to prompt a viewing, open house or direct enquiry.

Recheck when the listing changes

  • A reduction, under-offer status or return to market deserves a fresh review.
  • Update the facts before reusing previous copy.
  • Keep the new campaign moment attached to the same property.

Put it into practice

Keep the approved source, creative and review in one property workspace.
